Steamatic franchisees are highly trained and are required to complete initial and ongoing training at the Steamatic International Headquarters.  Here is a look at our training program.     
                                                         

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

New Franchise Required One to Three Week training Program:

An effective training program will enable the new franchise to understand and appreciate how the system works and how following the system.

The objectives are to facilitate each franchisee to create a useable business plan that can be implemented upon returning to the local franchise market.

Our goal; To, transfer a thorough understanding of the Steamatic processes, systems, equipment, and products ensuring a successful operation, and to support in getting each franchisee off to a fast start.

This program will consist of the following.

1. The franchise will receive the pre-training workbook before starting their training. The workbook will help the sub-franchise develop a strong, usable business plan. A secondary purpose for this workbook is to inform and prepare the franchise for the training program.
2. A 1 to 3-week initial training program at Steamatic International Support Headquarters (depends on the service zone selected)
3. Training materials will consist of participant manuals and videos and power point presentations.

TRAINING AGENDA (varies by Franchise Service Model selected)

The objective of the Steamatic Training program is to provide classroom and hands on participation in:

* Basic services of Carpet, Drapery, Chemicals, and Air Duct cleaning

* IICRC certifications- Carpet, Fire and Water Damage Services. 

* Sales and Marketing, Residential, Commercial and Insurance restoration services and Financial Management.

* Additional Hands-on participation working with Technicians performing all Cleaning and Restoration Services will be provided at a local Steamatic Franchise location.
