Steamatic agrees not to disclose to any external party or parties (other than as required by law) any confidential information received as part of the Pre-Registration procedure.

Upon receipt of pre-registration, all details will be entered into the Disaster Recovery database following which an information pack will be forwarded to the person submitting the information as confirmation all details have been received and processed by Steamatic and for verification by that person.

In the event of a disaster, the relevant data will be accessed by a Steamatic Manager in order to develop a scope of works and to properly brief the Steamatic technicians attending to any loss.
