Bill has been involved with Steamatic since 1983. Serving as VP of Operations and VP of Franchise Development during that time. In 2006 Bill purchased Steamatic, Inc. and relocated the company to its current location. Bill has been involved with sales and marketing since he graduated from Texas Christian University. Bill and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. Bill and his wife are actively involved in the Fort Worth community serving on boards of various organizations. Bill is currently the president of the TCU Fort Worth Alumni Network.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in fire and water restoration, disaster recovery, indoor air quality, and HVAC ventilation system inspection and cleaning. As a noted trainer and continuing education provider, he has presented on industry related topics for various clients, as well as industry organizations such as IFMA, BOMA, ASHRAE, IAQA and NADCA. Steve has served on committees for several national associations and is also recognized for writing articles on the subjects of disaster recovery and indoor air quality.
Steve holds multiple licenses and certifications from several associations and has received training from FEMA and the US Department of Homeland Security. In addition, Steve holds three master level certifications from the IICRC.
Frank has been employed with Steamatic for a total of 38 years and has served in all areas of the cleaning restoration industry and has been the Director of Training and Education for Steamatic for the past 20 years.
Frank is an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Accredited Instructor for the Carpet Cleaning, Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Water Damage Restoration courses and holds the Master Certification Designations in Fire, Water Damage Restoration, Textiles and Mold Remediation.
Additionally his certifications include; ACAC Certified Microbial Remediator and NADCA Air Conveyance Systems Specialist.
Frank is a committee member and has participated in the development of these restoration industry Standards; The IICRC/ANSI S500 Water Damage and IICRC/ANSI S520 Mold Remediation Standards, as well as the RIA Advisory Committee on the Fire Damage Standard.

Frank is also the national coordinator for Steamatic Continuing Education Courses for the Insurance Industry.
Ken Campbell has over 19 years of experience in the restoration and insurance claims industry, national sales and marketing strategy and execution, program development, contract negotiation and sales mentoring. Ken joined the executive team of Steamatic Inc. in July 2012 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role Ken is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of national sales and marketing. He will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic business relationships with insurance carriers, Third Party Administrative companies, multi-facility commercial companies and other related restoration industry companies. In addition, Ken will work closely as needed with individual Steamatic locations to help them maximize their sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Steamatic, Ken worked for 12 years for Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN and ServiceMaster Clean directing national accounts and sales. Ken also has 7 years of experience with the claims department of a major national carrier holding several positions; multi-lines claims adjuster, field estimator, claims management and program vendor management. Throughout Ken’s career he has been extensively involved in training for adjusters, insurance agents and restoration companies. He is certified for insurance/restoration continuing education classes in most states. Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Policy (economics & political science) from Brigham Young University. He is also IICRC certified for both Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration.
In May of 2007, Jarrod was named Franchise Development Manager of domestic and international markets by Steamatic. He is responsible for the overall growth, leadership, and initiative of the 45 year old company, including sales, marketing and operational support. Jarrod grew up in the Steamatic system working summers on cleaning and restoration crews in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. Before joining Steamatic fulltime, Jarrod held sales and market development positions with Texas Valve & Fitting Company in Dallas, Texas and with Buxton Company, in Fort Worth, Texas. Jarrod and his wife reside in Fort Worth, Texas and are actively involved in the Panther Club (Boys and Girls Club), Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Jarrod has his BBA ’'01 and MBA '07 from Texas Christian University.
